The cozy neighborhood establishment has been around Nashville for almost four years, but now under the sole ownership of chef Jeremy Barlow, the bistro is better than ever. tãyst still offers exceptional quality food with a fresh, seasonally evolving menu, but now every aspect from design to delivery aims to be environmentally conscious and sustainable.
