It is helpful if your company name is part of the file name

A note about resolution: Each full page in Nashville Arts is the equivalent of 2708 pixels wide and 3346 pixels tall, with this in mind please make sure any art you send is comparable in size to these numbers. In Photoshop or other image editing software look under the “IMAGE” menu for “image size” the pixel values are listed there. If you do not have an image editing program, try selecting the file, right click and look for “Properties” (on a PC) or “Get Info” (on a Mac) and try to locate a number value for pixels. Anything less than 1000 is probably too small for an ad (see above for pixel values on individual ad sizes.)

An ad or image suitable for a web page, is generally only a 1/4 the resolution a print publication will require;

Keep in mind that the resolution of a printed page is more than four times larger than that of a computer monitor, 300 dots per inch vs. only 72 for a monitor, therefore if your art is about 4 inches wide on your screen, it will print at less than 1 inch wide on paper.

Send all files by one of the below methods:
