Ad Specs/Submitting Artwork

STEP 1
Please prepare the artwork for your ad in one of the following formats: JPG, PDF (CMYK Web Coated), TIFF, EPS (outlined fonts).

No Word Documents Please.

A note about resolution: Each full page in Nashville Arts if the equivalent of 2550 Pixels Wide and 3300 pixels tall, with this in mind please make sure any art you send is comparable in size to these numbers.
Keep in mind that the resolution of a printed page is more than twice that of a computer monitor, 300 dots per inch vs. only 72 for a monitor, therfore if your art is about 3 inches wide on your screen, it will only print at about three quarters of an inch.
Here is a list of our ad sizes in pixels:
Full Page (add extra around the edges to bleed): 2550 wide x 3300 pixels tall
Half Page Vertical: 1013 wide x 2850 pixels tall
Half Page Horizontal: 2100 wide x 1388 pixels tall
Half Page Vertical: 1013 wide x 1388 pixels tall

STEP 2
Send all files by one of the below methods:

1. Send a CD by mail to: Nashville Arts Magazine/Read Publishing, LLC, P.O. Box 58388, Nashville, TN 37205.

2. Send attachments smaller than 10mb to our Creative Director via email: art@jeffstamper.com
Include your company name in the subject line.

3. Upload files larger than 10mb by FTP - Use Fetch, CuteFTP, Transmit, WS_FTP to access our FTP site.
Server: ftp.nashvilleartsmagazine.com
Username: advertisements@nashvilleartsmagazine.com
Password: advertisements
Please include your company name in the file name.
Then email art@jeffstamper.com with the file name(s) and which article they are for.

4. Send files from 10 MB to 100MB via yousendit.com -instructions are on the web site.

STEP 3
Ensure you receive a confirmation from our graphics department on receipt of your artwork. Please provide
us with a contact name, email and phone number so we can call or email you if we have questions.
